7          Retention of your personal data

Your personal data is only kept for as long as this is justified and/or necessary for the purposes for which your personal data is obtained. In principle your personal data is retained for a maximum period of one (1) year upon the end of our customer relationship, except in case Sodexo is required to retain your personal data to comply with laws and regulations, including but not limited  obligations with relation to tax laws and regulations. Moreover Sodexo may retain your personal data for the purposes of disputes, legal proceedings and complaints for as long as necessary in order to protect the interests of Sodexo.

8          Accessibility of your personal data 

Employees of Sodexo or persons working on behalf of Sodexo and who are involved in (providing) the order services may have access to your personal data on a need-to-know basis. Moreover, Sodexo may engage third-party service providers who will act as a processor on behalf of Sodexo. Such third-party service providers may for example be cloud service providers and the supplier of the online order portal. Sodexo will enter into a data processing agreement with such third-party service providers, if required by the applicable data protection laws and regulations. Such data processing agreements will among others include arrangements with relation to the protection of your personal data against data breaches.

In addition, you may request Sodexo to rectify or erase any inaccurate information or have us restrict the processing of your personal data. Also, you have the right to request for data portability. If your personal data is being processed based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
